Queen Galfrey

Galfrey is the current Queen of Oster. Her husband, Archduke Franz Armand, was murdered a year ago. Ever since then, she has been holed up in the Royal Palace in Falkryst, to paranoid to leave. This has caused considerable instability in the Kingdom, and allowed the already quite-powerful military to creep into executive power.
