Freyr Sveinnisen

Freyr Sveinnisen is the Jarl and ruler of the city of Aelgard in the North. He was appointed to the position by the former Jarl after slaying a pair of trolls by himself -- local legends say Freyr skirmished with the beast for over half an hour before the sun rose, and it was turned to stone. If questioned, he has only ever responded with a wry smile and a shrug. In addition to his duties as Jarl, Freyr is the officiator of "the Thing", the political meeting of all of the Jarls of the North.
