Ulua is under the official protection of all Elders. Those from Meau visit the Realmstones frequently, while those from further afield visit once every few years.

Public Agenda

Ulua's purpose is to act as a neutral territory in which researchers, whisperers and pilgrims can visit the Realmstones. It more of a historical site or conservation area than a political territory.
