A King is appointed upon the death of his predecessor.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
A King's rule can usually only end upon his death, however there have been some notable exceptions.
Cultural Significance
In most Western cultures, kings are seen as incredibly important individuals who have been chosen by the spirits. In much of the East, however, monarchies are seen as outdated and unnecessary.
