Hlabh is ruled by the Third Sun Coven, a powerful organisation of witches.

History

It is said that Hlabh used to be only the size of a village until 6260, when one of the witches was assasinated by an Al'muhtian spy. The landscape retaliated by burying entire Al'mutian towns which were later claimed by the Third Sun.

Foreign Relations

Relations are tense between Hlabh and Al'muht, with the latter seeing the former as a threat.
