Writhing, formless monsters of darkness and decay. Their hordes are heralded by a foul stench, as they seem somewhat organic in body.

While their required diet is unknown, blightborn are known to consume all organic matter.

Geographic Origin and Distribution
The blightborn can be found across Eastern Mitō, and they frequently venture further afield. They have been spotted in Dōnaru and even Aeis Alhru.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Though their sense of smell and hearing is keen, they are blind, and have no awareness outside of their instinct to consume. They seem to despise light, and reel at the touch of fire. Aside from this, they seem almost impervious to physical attack, meaning very slim odds for those unprepared.
