Rainor’s Proclamation

After the sudden destruction of Nillannas, the overgod Rainor issued a proclamation that was heard by all mortal races;

Hear me all mortals and know me as the god Rainor. In my authority as owner of this world, I grant you all a choice. You must choose that either the current conflict be finished, or this world will burn in the fires of reorigination. I grant the leaders of the worlds nations one year from now to choose.
