Eaglecliff University College of Exotic Magic

This College covers a great number of subjects devoted to understanding the mysteries of magic that are not covered by the other schools, upon discovery of new magic, it is also tasked with seeing if that magic can be classified under any existing schools. Many Warlocks study here.
Unlike other Colleges, this one tends to be more devoted to research than academic learning.
