Hallowed Hill

The trees start to become more and more dead as you approach the direction indicated on the map for the Hallowed Hill. After a few minutes more you see more decayed trees the live ones and you find a set of old stone stairs that seem to recently been cleaned of vegetation
General Description

• 20 ft up with steep drops on all 4 sides. 
• There are stair leading down from the stair case leading to the top of the platform. 
• a 10 ft tall black stone altar in the center. on each side and the top is a well worn symbol of scales. 
• the top of the altar looks like it could open from the top
• A rune a 3 fire dragons making like the Olympic insignia is in front of the altar.
