Vistani

The Vistani are nomadic colourful people that have an uneasy alliance with Strahd due to a historical act between their people and his past.
Some genuinely support him and see him as a provider of freedom and power while others dislike but will not directly disobey. All, including Madam Eva, their matriarch will side with him if need be. Some however will seek to provide subersive help to adventures looking to take him down.
