Aurinax (OR-ah-nax)

Aurinax was a gold dragon of Waterdeep in the late 15th century DR. Aurinax often disguised himself as an elderly dwarf called Barok Clanghammer. In that form, he used the dragonstaff as a walking stick. He had the power to entirely bypass Ahghairon's dragonward and freely enter into and out of the City of Splendors.
He was a friend of Dagult Neverember and guarded the Vault of Dragons to protect the treasures his old friend held there in case something woutld happen to Waterdeep. However, after everything he was presuaided to move up to  Dragon Tower.
