The City mostly inhabits Sea Elves and Tritons, however, there is a small number of merfolk who have agreed to abide by the city’s laws. Sixty percent of the city’s wealth is held by the Sea Elves as it is a percentage of their population that is responsible for the city’s protection. These individuals being the circle of druids that conscript sea elves with magical talent at a young age. Some members of this circle have been alive for over well over a Millenia.

Fertile terrain to grow kelp and various other saltwater plants and keep beasts for slaughter.
