The Dilvari Collective

The Dilvari Collective is home to constant strife. A single massive city, split in two, forming Crystalis and New Atradia, the Dilvari Collective is a union of what remains of the once proud Dwarvish and Dragonborn kingdoms. Their numbers devistated during the war, the dwarves fell back to the depths of their greatest city, Crystalis in an attempt to save their race from extinction. And when their homeland was twisted into a corrupting bog, the Dragonborn made the seemingly abandoned city of Crystalis their new home. When the Dwarves re-emerged years later, they found themselves once again in conflict, but now with the Dragonborn. They fought briefly, but quickly realized both their races could not survive another war and settled into an uneasy peace.

Structure

The Collective operates off of a democratic system. The Dragonborn and Dwarves both elect representatives to the house of law to represent each races interests in the Hall of Laws. The House of Laws deals with outsiders and makes laws that effect the Collective's external affairs. Both Cyrstalis and New Atradia have their own personal governmental systems overseeing their internal affairs.   Crystalis maintains a democratic system similar to that of the Collective, with representatives from different districts being elected as officials for the House of Laws. However New Atradia has a counsel of high dragonborn who have gained their positions through distinguished military or social service, hand selected by other members of the counsel when one member steps down.

Public Agenda

The Collective works hard to maintain trade and open borders with outsiders. The Dilvari work hard attempting to maintain the prosperity of their kingdoms.

History

This City was originally founded as the Capital of the Dwarven Empire before its fall. It was the throne of the Dwarven god, although her name has been expunged from Dwarvish history, some dwarves remain convinced her throne room remains hidden somewhere in the old passages of the kingdom.

Demography and Population

Dragonborn and Dwarves make up the majority of the citizens of the collective, however it is possible for other races to obtain citizenship.
