The Everrealm

Legends tells of a world a world of harmony, of joy, and of peace. A world where every whim and base impulse was kept in check by a the universal forces of balance and equity. Where people moderated virtue, vice, and valor in equal parts, and were the better for it. A world where the concepts of excess and want were both equally as absurd to imagine.   That world is gone now, if it ever in fact existed. In its place is the Everrealm, a universe of warring nations, border squabbles, racial hatred, lethal disputes, and dangerous wilderness. In this world, peoples' lives are mean, petty, insignificant, and brief. The legends, however, are still told, of a different world, a better world, a world where everyone receives their fair share, a world that every being can be proud to be a part of. Perhaps the world that once was can be again...
