Seelhia Peace Corps

At the conclusion of the Platinum War, people from Kalkoe, Earthless Rule, the northern nation of Tarmir and the nomadic tribes of Seelhia assembled to discuss the aforementioned treaty. They met in neutral territory north of Earthless Rule, in the independent city Bitakoa. The meetings lasted over a week, but in the end, the document was fully written. When the meetings finally ended, the harbor elf representatives called for a second gathering in which peoples from all over the continent formed into the Seelhia Peace Corporation, dedicated to the upkeep of the treaty and to maintaining positive relations between the nations and tribes of Seelhia. Since their founding, SPC has divided into two groups: the more publicly known Tauli Evergreen, who frequently act as diplomats, and the more secretive Tawa Parraya.
