The Council Tower

The council tower is a large tower of Montheus Castle. 
Within the tower various solars, sleeping chambers and quarters can be found. Most of these pertain to the living areas of council members such as the Grand Enchanter, Royal Banker and the Knight Commander of Enther. 
The Tower itself comes with its own small council chamber as well as it's own kitchen.
