Titan (tai-tn)

Sovereign Nation (Inhabited)

Geography

Rivers, lakes and seas rule the surface of this moon, which are mostly made of liquid hydrocarbons (methane & ethane). A golden thick nitrogen atmosphere that retains heat under it’s surface.

Ecosystem

The evolution of life on this moon had been discovered long before humans came to the surface. Microorganisms roamed in the deep seas, but never migrated or evolved to live closer to the surface. Since humans made their way to the planet and terraformed it to suit their needs, the local life has since been decaying with hast.
There has been systematic change to the weather and climate since humans have colonised this moon, with increased showers and storms the moon retaliated terraformation in the early period, however humans were able to get a hold of technology that would regulate the climate.

Ecosystem Cycles

Titan has a similar water cycle to Old Earths (rains from the clouds, fills lakes and seas and then is evaporate back into the clouds), this was regulated via human-created technology that envelops the moons circumference.

Natural Resources

Hydrocarbons are converted in order to be used as na natural resource, however, there is no common local resource that is currently being utilised by the population.

History

Titan began is terraforming in the early 5500s and was ready for the development of The Institute in the late 5580s. The Sovereign colonised the moon in 5601, finally building their local base before opening The Institute to students.
There hasn’t been much progress in moon-care since the colonisation, however, there has been incredible technological advancements that have aided in boosting the training of soldiers and livelihood’s on the moon.
