Legend of the Seven Wonders: Fall of the Sleeping Boar

Tragedy befalls the Sleeping Boar guild, forcing Dolly to take actions that would change the world...

Receiving Medusa's declaration of war, Isis summoned the people of the Imperial Mainlands and the other nations of the world to stand together against this threat. To her surprise however, outside of the people of the Mainlands, only the Yuxie to the north rose to her call. Dharc, the recently crowned King of the Bijoutaurus, claimed he would raise an army as soon as he united all of territory in The Frontier under his control. This left Isis to request the aid of the various guilds scattered throughout the Imperial Mainlands and the Frontier. One such guild was the Sleeping Boar. Making a name for themselves as some of the most effective carriers and bodyguards throughout the Frontier, Isis tasked them with delivering a parcel to King Aspen of the Yuxie to set plans into motion to unite against the Serpentine Queen. This parcel delivery proved to be crucial and was perhaps the biggest quest that Freya, Guildmaster of the Sleeping Boar, had ever taken on. Freya, or Dolly, as her guildmates had come to call her, had been with her guild for years. The Sleeping Boar were a veteran guild in the area, their name known far and wide across the Frontier. Before they could cross the border of the Blue Moon Kingdom however, tragedy struck. Isabelle, one of Freya's loyal allies, suddenly snapped and went on a killing spree, assassinating the three other founding members of the Sleeping Boar. Isabelle was only stopped by the hand of Dolly, forced to kill her longtime friend to save the life of Zeke, her newest recruit and the only surviving member of the Sleeping Boar. Heartbroken but determined to finish her mission, Dolly moves ahead to deliver her parcel, meanwhile unable to wrap her mind around what would make Isabelle snap the way she did. Also unable to cope with what he witnessed, Zeke followed behind Dolly, unresponsive to any of her attempts to lighten the mood. After delivering the parcel and returning to the guild hall within the Frontier, Dolly handed Zeke the dog tags of their fallen allies then announced the closing of the Sleeping Boar guild. Despite his feelings on the matter, Zeke couldn't find the resolve to convince her otherwise.
