The capital of Oplor, a severely corrupt city.

Government

The government of Opdale is famously corrupt. It is said that the military/government commit more crimes than criminals. Due to its proximity to The Scattered Isles, a pirate haven, it supplies most of Fradris' criminal population.

Defences

For unknown reasons, Opdale has heavy defences. There are twenty soldier patrols around the city streets and outskirts. Each soldier is trained for 10 years before being deployed. Opdale has never been successfully captured.

Industry & Trade

Opdale mainly exports fish due to it being the largest port city in the Duchy.
