A Traitor to the Dukedom

The mayor of Ustad City, Mayor Reynard, was a power hungry, greedy mayor that was the sole perpetrator for starting the Civil War. 
After the destruction of Entoby, Mayor Reynard declared that Duke Cornelius II, is the reason for the expanding Frost. He then declared war against Fradris and signed the Northern Pact with Uthgad and Obresh, he sent the armies to conquer Fradris. After a year long war, filled with four major battles and many skirmishes, the Duke declared victory and the Northern Pact retreated and disbanded. 
After the end of the war, Mayor Reynard stepped down from his mayor ship. Since then he fled Ustad and now lives in Landeria, The Scattered Isles.
