Effect

The caster repeats the Somniloquy incantation, a hypnotic spell which, when placed upon a sleeping or unconscious target temporarily reduces the effects of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), and leaving their mind vulnerable to the control of the caster. Once in control of their target, the caster may use the target's body to verbally communicate messages to other individuals.
