Effect

The caster repeats the Sleep incantation, a hypnotic spell which, when placed upon a target, shuts off the production of orexin in the perifornical area and lateral hypothalamus of the brain. Targets must make a restistance (constitution) saving throw of 15. On a failed save, the target becomes unconscious. On a successful save, the target becomes drowsy and gains disadvantage on dexterity and might (strength) saving throws for the next 30 minutes. Can be combo'd with Hynogogia, Somnambulism, and Somniloquy.
