Description

• The attacker shoots a stream of electricity from their mouth in a 30ft line at their target. If the target is wearing metal armor, or is holding a metal weapon, they take an additional 1d6 shocking damage. This deals critical damage to water-based species and wet creatures unless they make a reflex (dexterity) saving throw. If they succeed, they take regular damage. If they fail, they are also paralyzed for the turn. This attack can be combo'd with breath weapon: water.
