Effect
The caster creates a ball of lightning with their catalyst, smelling faintly of ozone, and sends it flying at a target within 30ft of the caster, dealing 2d8 lightning damage. Provided there is another enemy within a straight or slightly curved, 15ft line behind the first target, the ball passes through the first target and hits the second, dealing 1d6 lightning damage.
