New Regalport

New Regalport began its existence in tragedy and has been plagued by it ever since.
Regalport was original to be a crown jewel for the lords of Grayhaven. Founded on the coast of Kraken Bay, in defiance of long running tradition, it would have secured dominance of trade in the region. Great wealth was poured into the town – but a decade after it was founded, it was destroyed, wiped out by the wrathful Kraken.
The survivors of Regalport established New Regalport on a hill from which the glittering bay could still be seen. Despite years of efforts, the town continues to struggle to regain its former glory - struggling with bad weather, crime, and corrupt officials.
