HELIOS-3E

After being instructed to recover the plans for the Republic Executive Building, Bane brought HELIOS-3E to Coruscant. When Todo 360 successfully separated Padmé Amidala's protocol droid, C-3PO, from his counterpart, R2-D2, 3E pulled up in a speeder so they could bring 3PO to Bane. After discovering that R2 was the droid that had the information for the Republic Executive Building, he was sent with Todo to track him down. After searching for the astromech, they decided to return, empty-handed, to Bane. When R2-D2 heard about them torturing C-3PO, he gave himself up to prevent his companion from becoming spare parts. Soon, the plans were extracted from the little droid, and 3E was charged with wiping their memories and "dumping them back on the streets.
