The Demon Gate Chronicles

This soon to be published book series by award winning author S. C. Mitchell is set in a dystopian near-future where demons cross over into our world from another dimension with plans to take over of Earth.   Thousands of years ago, in ancient Atlantis, sorcerers built a gateway to another dimension. A dimension filled with demons called Ballor. The Ballor used the portal to invade and were only stopped when the Atlantians destroyed their home, sinking it to the bottom of the ocean. But some of the demons survived on this side, and magic exists to open the demon gate again. Over the eons, the demons built their power base and, disguised as humans, rose to prominent positions in our world. The time is ripe for them for a complete takeover.   But two groups stand against them: The Arcanists and the ancient Templar order. These two groups are mortal enemies. Can they come together to face the greater threat?
