Falon Speare and Melford Redmead arrive.

Two humans, natives to nearby Port Tessalad and intrigued by all the fuss, are the first to arrive on behest of Project Waterfan. They even came with their own canoe, so enterprising they are. Names are Falon Speare and Melford Redmead. They're off to Foxspint Isle tomorrow.
