Skullport

Skullport is a ramshackle settlement under the city of Waterdeep. After the original Netherese inhabitants abandoned the city, it became an important Drow city connected to the sea via an underground river. It has become a lawless shadow of its former self, now controlled by The Xanathar Thieve's Guild. By Jarlaxle's orders, Bregan D'aerthe agents are working toward reclaiming the city, giving the Drow that will soon be leaving Menzoberranzan a place to flee.
