Sommerock

Sommerock is often called the chain of paradise, and people across the entire Crammeoron fantasise about visiting it. As such it’s been monetized heavily by the rich who live there, and getting to it costs a lot of money. It’s also the smallest chain in the Crammeoron, consisting of only six islands. The only people who are currently living in Sommerock are either tourists who have come to vacation there, or the extremely wealthy who have bought mansions there. Most of the people who originally found Sommerock, were driven out after prices for houses and other goods began skyrocketing. There are only two towns across the entiriety of Sommerock, which is where tourists usually live. All of the local of Sommerock live in mansions.

Geography

Sommerock is an extremely small chain which is full of beaches and palm trees. Tropical breezes blow roll across the island often(These are artificially made by mages.) and sometimes the waves roll up so high that they spill over into the town. There a few forests around Sommerock, but most of them have been cut down for more room for mansions and towns. Four of the six towns are on the coastline, and the other two are the smallest two out of all of them.

Fauna & Flora

Sommerock is littered with palm trees and various tropical creatures, like parrots and crabs. Most of these creature were brought in from other islands and artificially bred and distributed across the islands. There aren't a lot of other kinds of trees besides palm trees, there once were, but were cut down and replaced.

History

Sommerock was discovered by a gnome explorer named Mytina Spiterock. Mytina invited a lot of the people she knew to come live there, and few other people trickled in as well, though during the beginnings of the chain it was very sparsely populated. However, some of the gnomes Mytina had invited to live there began realizing there were many people who wanted to live in Sommerock because of the great weather and coastline. They started building towns and hotels and spreading the word about Sommerock. People began coming, and buying vacations there, which many of Mytina's gnomes got a large cut of the money. As more and more people began coming the original gnomes began getting richer, though Mytina objected to the extreme monetization of Sommerock. She began getting horrified as the gnomes began forcing Mytina to pay for houses which she couldn't afford to live there. Eventually she was driven out and only Mytina'a friends remained, who continued their extreme monetization of the chain.

There isn't really an accurate grasp of the kinds of people who live in Sommerock, since 90% of the people who live there are tourists. However almost all of the people who have actual homes in Sommerock are gnomes.
