The Mania Potion

The Mania Potion is a concoction which can send warriors into fits called “mania”. During this, the fighters will lose control over their actions as they are consumed by a fiery rage and attack everyone nearby. In addition to this, their bodies will change. They will triple in size, spikes will shoot out of their body, and their faces will twist into grotesque visages of wolves. Once someone becomes a maniac, they can not turn back, so their usage is contained to very specific situations. Usually, warriors will hide small doses of the potion on them in case of capture.
Mania Potions were developed by Ferrodrill in the late 3700s, but were banned by the Continental Council in 3820.
