ShadowCloaks

Shadowcloaks are a guild of vampire assassins which are reportedly based in Strapoda. The government of Strapoda claims they have no connections to the Shadowcloaks, the existence of the Shadowcloaks is illegal, the Shadowcloaks base of operations isn’t in Strapoda, and the Shadowcloaks don’t exist. Little is known about the Shadowcloaks, but they reportedly work for pay, and are very expensive. They are wrapped in black cloth, save for their eyes, and bear a great deal of weapons. Information on the structure of this organization or how recruitment occurs is unknown.
