The Runway

The Runway is the name of a skyscraper in the Torvald's Harbour district of Tarbach. The runway contains a number of high-fashion boutiques, as well as offices for major fashion brands and pop-culture publications. Additionally, there is an actual runway for fashion shows on the 83rd floor.
A lesser-known feature of the runway is its secret elevator which leads to the underground black market known as The Peregrine Exchanges.
