Yaith Planetoid Building

The Yaith Planetoid Building is large complex of buildings designed to hold large conferences, political talks, and negotiations. Its main building, of spheric shape, can be seen from more than 16km away, and had been nicknamed Planetoid for its round shape until the name was adopted officially; before that, it was called Yatiakai, Yaithian for Large Yaithian Conference/Talk Rooms.
The building now serves as main house for the Alliance of Independent Systems to have talks between members, but it is rarely use other than as a ceremonial occurence, since most members use long distance communications via holgorams for this purpose, reason why it is often open for the public to visit and enter.
The main room, also called the Blue Bubble for the blueish tone it gets once all lights are turned off, has capacity for over a thousand people, with seating for over half of them. It was designed to allow for wispers to be heard across it, despite there being a distance of over 200 meters between oposite seats.
The complex forms part of one massive building, as all of its smaller sections can be accessed from anywhere in its interior. It also has several buildings that form part of the Yaithian University of Higher Studies, which has become well known for its very low failure index despite Yaith's having one of the highest in the galaxy.
