the lower levels are filled with buildings that resemble traditional human buildings save that they are. made of black metal with round red windows. the upper levels are purely structural and industrial.

History

the city was built by humans until they were wiped out by a silicon virus. now the silicons,Taxzord, and the security battle for supremacy
