Mega staff

mega staffs are a two handed weapon which can stun a target but no matter how much you try, it can't kill a target, this makes it ideal for crowd control.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

in the center of the staff, a plasmic charge is created, this charge it then conducted to either pole of the staff and focused into a plastic sphere, this sphere then cunducts it to the fluid it is submerged in, some of this fluid condenses on the outside of the staff and any being that touches it is immobilized.
