The Relucdant, Pranking Mage

General Summary

A Dwarven man named Annard who seems to have a grudge against the elven community for stealing his runic work on crafting armored vessels of knights. While others seem to be shoddly made, his is the real deal. He bears some knowledge from the Stonecutters in Nifaldur.  
He continues to bear this grudge for about 30 years, and continues to fuck around with those people as a result. The final straw was when he saw in the papers that his rival, Muran Lectus had utilized his knowledge to increase his standings to become a Higher Section Citizen. 
With newfound resentment, he hopes to threaten the other elven community to leave Grehearth through these attacks, although they haven't shredded any blood so far. 
Hired the Bloodhook gang members to protect him in order to grow more of his crabs to snip off the ears of the elves.  Trained to do so as a result. 
The party members are treated to a small lunch by their quest Meister Mivai, they are to get acquainted there first before coming over for further information on the quest later in the afternoon at 2PM.
