Evishra

The largest and oldest organized town in Emina, Evishra is located in the center of the island surrounded by The Silverwoods.

Government

In light of the political revolution, the government of Evishra only rules over the town itself and no longer enforces laws or taxation over any other area of the island.
The government itself is ruled by three officials elected by vote every year: the treasurer, the captain of defense, and the potentate, with each one having separate tasks in overseeing the government.
Taxation is paid monthly, and is a relatively low fee that is paid according to ownership of land and established construction on it. Government employed officials take census and calculate and collect tax at the end of every month.
