Elves

Elves are a special type of human that have developed on the Chaos islands. Like the other types, they are only found on Ashigus and Emina.

Basic Information

Biological Traits

Elves are identical to humans in some ways, but have variations that give them both an advantage and disadvantage. Elves are somewhat taller than humans, usually about 6-7 feet. Elves also have slightly pointed ears and are remarked for their mental prowess.

History

The cultural background of most elves heavily emphasizes education. Two subdivisions of Elven groups have come about, separated not by physical traits, but by culture.
Wood Elves have a traditional culture that emphasizes the importance of nature and understanding the impact and working of nature. They tend to call themselves Wood Elves instead of just Elves because they want to be considered separate from normal Elves that may have no respect for nature.
Drow have developed a cultural emphasis that looks away from general education and focuses more on the science of the world around them. They tend to be the most well known scientists, and similar to Wood Elves, The consider themselves separate, but equal to, normal Elves.
