Ambition
Causes
You ever watched, or heard, of that good ol' classic movie where a western dude, usualy AmerikanTM, goes to a eastern martial arts temple on top of a hill, and in the span of a few months, manages to beat every single monk who has trained there, for their ENTIRE LIFE.
THAT, is Ambition.
The concept of Needing to do SOMETHING.
It is usualy acquired, though it can be given:
By acquired, it's usualy by something extraordinary hapening: surviving the slaughter of the entire villageTM, defeting a beast by themselves, and other oh-so-cliche things, that work...
By give, it's usualy when someone who already has the effect of Ambition on them, and manage to convince someone else to go on a journey with them. It's usualy accompanied by the Ambitious doing something extraordinary and making a domino-effect.

Symptoms
Severity varies from person to person, but simply speaking to them for a while, if the conversation steers in the right direction, you can very clearly feel that this person is driven, that, maybe they don't have a task, but a passion, they have set their mind on something and they will do it.
Treatment
There are also two ways with which someone might lose their Ambition:
The first is that something so demoralizing hapens, and usualy enough consecutive times, that the persons spirit get's broken, even with Ambition.
The second is that they get hit by The Druid'sweapon, in which case the effects of Ambition are nullified, but the effects of the Druid'sweapon do not take effect.

Cultural Reception
It is very hard to destinguish if someone is Ambitious, since this level of motivation is not natural. If, by some chance it is confirmed that the person is Ambitious, they are usualy given side-glances, the normal people thinking that "Now that you are Ambitious, you think yourself someone better". It doesn't have to be like that of course, but that is the usualy (Human) reaction.
