The Warrens

One of the main districts in Vaross, the warrens is unique to the rest of the capital. While most of the city is a beautiful thriving metropolis, the warrens are a dirty run down set of slums. The area is mostly run by criminal group, The Unseen, who act as both a gang and as protectors of the poor.

Demographics

Though many find themselves here, there is an unusual amount of Tabaxi residents.

Government

Though under the jurisdiction of The Varosian Council, the people of the Warrens mainly answer to the Unseen

Defences

The City Watch rarley enter the Warrens due to an arrangement with the leader of the Unseen. The gang are the only real defences the Warrens have.

History

An area of the Warrens were build on top of an ancient underground ruin, this sub-district is known as 'the underburg' and is the base of the Unseen
