Hartfel

Hartfel is a city located in southern Tarhun and was under the control of the Earthling Assembly. Many new Children of Earth are sent to the compound here for training. During the Agruan invasion, this town was steamrolled by the Silver Slaughterers and taken over by the Empire. The Assembly compound was repurposed into storehouse for food.

Run by a vassal. Heavy taxes are imposed on the populous and most food produced is sent to the army. Dissent of any kind is brutally suppressed.

Produces and gathers food from nearby villages for passing armies under Agrua. Specialized artisans sell things like cutlery, furniture and woodworking projects.

The town outskirts are full of mills of both wind and water variety. Inside the city, many artisan shops are run. There is a sewer system and cobblestone roads.
