City of Rhenus

The City of Rhenus, located in the Aviran Navilocus Cloud, is one of the cloud’s major Æther siphonors. As part of the Navilocus cloud, the city is host to a branch of the Spatial Intellect School. They have a Earthling Assembly Compound, but Militia presence isn’t very high, which is what led to an Earthling revolt in the city led by George Wickett and his allies. The compound is the site of the death of Mordikain, God of Dreams. In retaliation, Treya slaughtered the children of earth there, leaving the compound abandoned.
