Avira (Society)
Avira, named after the God King's late wife, is a coalition of flying cities. They reign above the other worlds as an enviable paradise.
Demographics
In the more luxurious cities, live Aven and clerics of Avoros. In other, less desirable cities, humans and djinn roam the streets. Vedalken occupy most research facilities.
Government
Avira is ruled by 3 major powers. These are the High Oracles, the Executive Council and the Court of Influence. Each city has one High Oracle. They train other clerics in divine art and speak on behalf of the gods' will.The Executive Council is made up of elected representatives who decide on legislature and the way society operates. Lastly, the Court of Influence is made up of twelve of the wealthiest people in Avira and twelve of the smartest scientists. They lead research and develop the escape project.

The Cities are made mainly of brick and filigree brass. Much of the bridges, buildings and clothing is adorned in filigree, as it's considered fashionable.

History
To escape the savagery of Gaian, the more innovative mortals built these cities that would fly to the Outside, so they could be with the gods. When they set off, Niika, Goddess of Law chained them to the ground. The inhabitants believe they need to further prove themselves to the gods to succeed in escaping.
