Valorus

Valorus is the name given to the continent that once sat in the center of Esteria and, perhaps most notably, was home to the Eternal Empire.
Sometime during the Savage Era the continent was destroyed, members of the Cathedral of Fire claim that the continent was destroyed by the Gods because the Eternal Empire had become too powerful while members of the Cathedral of Light claim that the continent was destroyed due to the foolishness of the mortal races.
Remnants of Valorus have been found on various islands, on Sky Lands, and in pocket dimensions or secrets realms. Many ruins or secrets from the Eternal Empire have been located on these remnants and as such many people happily explore them.
