Organizations under the Veiled court.   Proctors: A special police force. They carry out the sentences of the jurist and act as guards normally dressed in the local police attire plus blur wear an item of clothing normally the collar of a jacket or a necklace which creates illusions to warps the wearers identity. They carry weapons and gear which can drain the chroma of casters and have a chance to deflect weaves.   The Shadow Tower: A group of skilled weavers (casters). Who are all shadow casters, individuals who's chroma(mana) lacks a unique signature but instead appears black as the night sky. This makes it impossible for the weaver to be identified. It is unknown how the Veiled court accomplished this feet but some predict that vivamancer may have manipulated shadow casters bodies. But the process of how the chroma is produced is not understood, besides they are just rumors. These mages do two of the most important task. Oath Binders act as "charm" sniffers and make sure that all individuals in the court are not under the influence of mind altering spells. They also ensure commercial negotiations proceed and close without the user or influence of direct mind manipulation charms and geas. Weave Breakers are casters who are experts in countering weaves(spells). They can both break and counter a spell. Due to the fact that breaking a spell is very dangerous they are heavily warded. They are also experts in spotting and discovering hiding magics and the casting of a weave. There are other casters employed by the veiled courts but they mostly act as guards or provide other services.   The Undyne: Are a handful of powerful and skilled mage hunters. They were normally exceptional individuals in life, generals, arch mages, scholars etc. Before there deaths. The bodies of these individuals have undergone and unknown procedure bring them back from the grave, dramatically increasing there life span as well as giving them resistance to magic. All that is really known is that they have to consume the chroma of casters this is one aspect that gives them the edge when fighting a rogue caster, the fact that they can consume the chroma of a caster taking away there ability to use magic when the chroma runs out. The veiled court is the only organization who has control over the Undyne.   Outside groups and individuals: The veiled court has been known to hire on or in rare situations deputized a members of the public.
