The Ale-House

The house of the alewife Maela is a ramshackle taproom at the east end of town. Any ale bought here was brewed onsite within the last week. It is a sweet tasting drink, Maela flavours her batches with herbs such as heathers, sage and nettles.
Simple food such as bread, cheese or pies may be purchased, though those lucky enough to have dined at the table of the good wife Tófa will be disappointed.
Newcomers are likely to arouse the attention of the some of the regular patrons...
