Svartalos

Believed to be the birthplace of dwarves as they represent the majority of the population of sapient species on Svartalos. Most of society exists underground, beneath the mountains. Civilizations also exist above the mountains but they are predominately populated by other races. Svartalos is very rich in gems and minerals which the dwarves mine.
