Litkep

A mysterious people this one is, even to me. I don't know much but I will tell you what I can. They don't have a main traditional religion in the area but they have a cult for death. Also odd, usually mortals make a figure of the concept as you do I but these don't. The cult is old and ancient, as old as the kingdom described in the plays of old.  It is also filled with assassins lead by someone called the "death serpent" . Enough about the cult, I can't tell you much, so I won't reach from memory, embarrass myself, and sully my name. As a people, they are very primitive and low developed, but they used to be so much more. They have fallen from grace from the civilization they once were. In one of the acts of "Storm", It describes the folk tale of a sorceress who from her deceit and malice gave serpents humanoid forms and intelligence.
