The Blossoming

This life, the poets say, is a flower with many petals, unfurling forever into the star-studded void. Each petal contains a world. Each world is bounded, save for one. This Infinite Petal, the mortal plane, is home to the planet Oceanus, home of the human race. The other petals are realms of the Fae. The Fae intrude upon Oceanus. They come granting wishes to would-be parents. They come for tools, they come for servants. In a word, they come for changelings.
